55. CHICKEN, LAMB OR VEGETABLE HAANDI

Real home cooking as you would expect in most Indian homes. Each dish is cooked in a Haandi (a big pot) as opposed to a small frying pan. Quite unique to Bristol - served in a smaller version of the traditional Haandi.
